About me

Hey, Sarah here! Consciously participating in a community of care and active contemplation during my MA studies at Schumacher College, I experienced what I can only describe as a series of awe-inspiring mindset shifts. I developed a new way of seeing and being the world - an ecocentric way of relating to and valuing all of life. I became fascinated by the fundamental questioning and tensions that came with this journey and an undeniable feeling of wholeness and joy in my rekindled relationship with the more-than-human. I now know that is because as humans, we are nature and what I was experiencing was a deeper and holistic connection to self, each other and all of life.

I am on a mission to help others see, feel and experience the same. Because I hold a deeply felt intuition that the world might just be a better place if we asked ourselves, ‘what if we all worked in service to a thriving future for all?’

I call these gentle yet powerful provocations *Kind Disruption.

Consulting
Using life-inspired, pioneering ecological frameworks to enable change, I offer Ecological Design Thinking consultation to organisations on sustainability journeys.

Engagement
Integrating co-design and participatory practices, my engagement programmes and workshops enable communities of care towards shared ecological missions.

Education
Deploying a head (knowledge building), heart (emotional connection) and hands (practical response) methodology, I am a visiting lecturer in several UK-based universities.

Research
My work is underpinned by academically-awarded Ecological Design Thinking research, focusing on facilitating ecocentrism as a viable pathway to a regenerative future.
